- How far away from six pack abs are you right now? The closer you are to showing abs (i.e. the less body fat you start with) the faster you’ll get there. Someone with “almost visible” abs can get a six pack in about 2 weeks. If you start further out, aim to lower your overall body fat levels first.
- Experience levels. If it’s your first time trying to show abs, you might miss a few adjustments here and there, and you might under evaluate where you’re starting from. With experience behind your belt, you are sure to shrink it faster. Of course, you fon’t have to reinvent the wheel on your own.
